Cut pieces of MP3, OGG or WAV audio files.
Most people generally do not require any tools to cut pieces out of audio files, but for those that produce parodies, radio shows or YouTube videos, it may be necessary to grab soundbites from audio files. That's what Leapic Audio Cutter does.
The program initially imports an audio file. Once the file has been loaded, you can set the start and end point times and cut that specific part of audio.
The program supports a couple of popular audio file formats like WMA, MP3, OGG and common WAV files.
Unfortunately with Leapic Audio Cutter, it doesn't allow you to grab multiple parts of a file so usage can be cumbersome if you have to cut put several parts of an audio file.
Despite its lack of multiple part support, the application is small and easy to use.
